Investment Criteria

• The investment case for the company is based exclusively on economic (as opposed to regulatory) drivers
• The near-term addressable market is at least $100 million in revenue
• The company’s products are competitive globally in terms of price and performance
• Raw materials are abundant and the company has a viable strategy for being able to access raw materials at an attractive price relative to the value of its finished products
• The company is led by a strong, experienced management team with demonstrated commercial and technical abilities
• The company holds a strong proprietary position including significant trade secrets
• There is high potential to exit via a trade sale
• The Asia West team can add significant strategic value beyond its financial investment

The Fund Manager has discretion to invest at various stages of a company’s development.
